What types of delivery methods are available?

The Dot Generator ships all orders via UPS Ground service. Arrangements can be made through our Customer Service Center to ship your project via alternate shipping methods. Contact us at (562) 941-7022.


When can I expect to receive my print order?

Most orders submitted to The Dot Generator are completed within 3-5 business days. If you have arranged to have your project shipped via Next Day service, your order should arrive on the 4th-6th business day. Orders shipped via standard UPS Ground will arrive within 7-10 business days.
